Before the doors open, every detail matters.
Commercial cleaning for London restaurants, cafés and dining spaces, planned around the moments before service, between busy days and after the last guest leaves.
A better first impression begins before the first booking.
In a restaurant, the dining room is part of the experience. Entrances, guest areas, floors and washrooms need attention that respects the pace of hospitality. Spring discusses cleaning priorities with each venue, from the finishing details guests notice to agreed staff and support areas.
Before the first reservation.
Before the first coffee.
Before the doors open.
From guest arrival to the end of service.
No two venues operate in the same way. These are examples of cleaning areas we can discuss in a restaurant or café proposal, subject to a site assessment and agreed scope.
Dining & guest areas
Guest seating areas, table surroundings, high-contact surfaces and visible details that shape the dining experience.
Entrances & floors
Entranceways, customer-facing floors and circulation areas, with timing planned around staff and guest movement.
Customer washrooms
Washroom surfaces, fixtures, floors and presentation details, with cleaning frequency discussed for your venue.
Front-of-house touchpoints
Reception and waiting areas, counters, doors and other shared guest-facing surfaces within the agreed scope.
Staff & support spaces
Staff areas and other non-public spaces, planned with access, hygiene expectations and operational priorities in mind.
Agreed back-of-house tasks
Back-of-house requirements can be reviewed separately. Specialist equipment, food-production or extraction cleaning is not assumed.
Your schedule sets the brief.
Hospitality cleaning is best planned around the hours your venue runs, not around a generic checklist. Tell us what happens before, during and after service and we can discuss a realistic plan.
01 / Share the venue
Provide your postcode, restaurant or café type, approximate size and the guest and staff areas you need cleaned.
02 / Set the priorities
Tell us about opening times, access arrangements, high-use spaces and whether you need recurring or one-off support.
03 / Agree the clean
We discuss the tasks, workable timings and any survey required before confirming a tailored proposal.
Restaurant cleaning, explained.
Do you provide restaurant cleaning in London?
Spring discusses commercial cleaning for restaurants, cafés and customer-facing hospitality spaces across our core London Zones 1–3 coverage. Scope and availability are confirmed for each site.
Can you clean before opening or after closing?
We can discuss early, late or out-of-hours access around your venue's service times, subject to team availability and an agreed schedule.
Are commercial kitchen equipment and extraction included?
Not automatically. Guest areas, washrooms, floors and support spaces can form part of a commercial cleaning proposal. Food-production equipment, extraction ducts and other specialist tasks must be assessed and explicitly agreed separately.
What do you need to prepare a restaurant quote?
Share the restaurant postcode, approximate size, areas to be cleaned, preferred frequency and access times. Photos or a site visit may help define the scope.
Make space for the next service.
Tell us how your restaurant or café works. We will discuss a cleaning plan shaped around the venue, its people and its opening hours.
